Since the 17th century, the ' Domaine de Patras ' has been inhabited by the same family. In the large park (5000m2), you will discover 2 gîtes set up in the former barn ( 6 pers and 2 pers), tastefull furnished and equipped. Both gîtes are separated by a storeroom and each of them have their private terrace and parking space. The owners will be happy to tell the history of the property, the village and of the Gers. You will enjoy the swimming pool (fenced and shared - 5x10x1,2/1,8) as well as the park and the private lake for fishing. The gîte for 6 pers is a large house (115m2 - ground floor + first floor) with private terrace (25m2) where you will enjoy relaxing and taking meals. Ground floor : large lounge with library and fireplace, dining room with fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), shower room, wc. Upstairs : 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160, 1 bed 130, 1 bed 90), shower room/wc. 2 carports.
